Xbox Avatar Dashboard Widget

Display your Xbox Avatar on your Dashboard.

Simply click the info button on the bottom right to flip over the widget, type in a valid Xbox Live Gamertag and either press the enter key or click the done button. The widget will flip back over and presto! There's your digital gaming alter ego. Clicking the front of the widget is a link to the corresponding gamer profile on Xbox.com.

 

You can use multiple instances of this widget to create a line up of your friends as well.

 

If the owner of the Gamertag hasn't created an Avatar via the New Xbox Experience, a blank silhouette avatar will be displayed. This same image will appear if you enter a gamertag that doesn't exist.

 

 

An internet connection is needed for this widget to display the avatar initially. If a connection is not available, a message will let you know that the avatar can't be displayed.
